Child Safety Standards
These Child Safety Standards apply to Ulet.io - AI Answers for Chat (branded Ulet), published on Google Play and the App Store by Origin d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our"), and to the companion website at ulet.io. They explain our zero-tolerance position on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how to report a concern.
1. Zero-tolerance statement
Origin d.o.o. has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This applies to every part of Ulet.io - AI Answers for Chat, including uploaded screenshots, videos, pasted text, generated replies, and any other content processed by the service. We do not permit our platform to be used to create, host, request, share, or facilitate access to CSAE in any form, whether the content is real, textual, illustrated, or AI-generated.
2. Who this applies to
Ulet.io - AI Answers for Chat is an AI conversation copilot for adults: it reads a conversation (screenshot, video, pasted text, or draft message) and suggests what to say next. The service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed at, marketed to, or designed for children. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or use the service, and any account we identify as belonging to a minor will be removed.
3. What we prohibit
The following are strictly prohibited on Ulet.io - AI Answers for Chat, without exception:
- Uploading, requesting, or generating any image, video, or text that depicts or sexualizes a minor.
- Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to solicit sexual content or contact from a minor.
- Content that facilitates child trafficking or the sale/trade of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated content that sexualizes minors or depicts minors in a sexual context.
- Using conversation "reply suggestions" to initiate, continue, or normalize sexual contact with a minor.
- Impersonating a minor, or misrepresenting a minor's age, to circumvent these protections.
4. Enforcement
Any account found to violate this policy is permanently removed without notice. We do not retain uploaded screenshots or videos after processing, but any CSAE we detect or that is reported to us is documented, the responsible account is banned, and the matter is escalated to the appropriate authorities as described below. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into CSAE.
5. Legal reporting obligations
Where required by law, we report apparent CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) and/or the relevant local law enforcement authority, and we preserve records as legally required to support such investigations.
6. How to report a concern
If you encounter content or behavior on Ulet.io - AI Answers for Chat that you believe involves CSAE, or you believe a child is at risk, contact our Child Safety point of contact immediately at support@ulet.io. Include as much detail as you can (account, date/time, and a description of what you saw) so we can investigate quickly. We review every report and respond promptly. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
